Details about your accommodation (if the accommodation you have requested is already booked, we'll contact you with suitable alternatives including those not listed on this website), location and inventory description, details about our agency, account details.

Rates depending on your accommodation location, furnishing, number of beds, additional equipment and features (air conditioning, heating, parking place, etc.).
The exact price will be stated when processing your application, keeping in mind both your requirements and the availability of the requested accommodation during the specified week or season.
Stated prices refer to the cost of one day in a selected accommodation.
Booking and payment
The Client shall pay 30% of the agreed charge at the time of booking.
The whole amount must be paid at least 25 days before scheduled arrival.
Credit card payments are accepted.
If credit card payment is chosen, the amount is debited in Croatian Kunas (HRK) according to the exchange rate of the official bank of Ranieri Travel Agency on the day of tourist arrangement execution (therefore, please take into consideration possible differences in the exchange rates).
Cancellation Charges
More than 45 days prior arrival: 25% of the total ammount.
30-45 days prior arrival. .50% of the total amount.
20-30 days prior arrival: 75% of the total amount.
less than 20 days prior arrival. 100% of the amount.

Tourist tax.
All those accommodated in Croatia need to pay the additional tourist tax. Tourist tax contributions are allocated for the improvement of infrastructure and tourist services.
The tax rate is determined by the Tourist Office, and varies from 2 kunas to 7 kunas per day depending on your destination.
Children under 12 years of age are exempt from the tourist tax, as are those tourists who fall within specific categories (disabled, veterans of war). For children between 12 and 18 years of age, the tourist tax is halved.

Accommodation in Dubrovnik, Rooms / Apartments in Dubrovnik
Apartments and rooms booked in advance are available to the Client after 11 am on the day of arrival. Apartments and rooms need to be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. If an apartment or room is available before the above stated time, special early arrival may be arranged in advance through the agency.
Arrivals after 8 pm must be announced beforehand.
Bed linens, towels, crockery and cutlery, water, electricity, gas, and cleaning following the Client’s departure are all included in the price.
